JOSHUA LAMBERT BSME, P.E., MBA
J oshua is a seasoned executive and licensed Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience leading strategic, technical, and commercial initiatives across the energy and infrastructure sectors. With deep expertise in project management, capital optimization, and organizational transformation, he advises executive teams on achieving operational excellence, revenue growth, and continual improvement.
As General Manager of U.S. Land Operations, Joshua directed all aspects of a $20M business unit, executing improvement initiatives, enhancing safety, improving margins, and deploying scalable delivery models.
Previously, as Director of Business Development for the Western Hemisphere, he managed a $200M portfolio, secured major international contracts, and executed multiple service line acquisitions. He drove deal origination, due diligence, and oversaw post-deal integration that delivered the expected capital investments returns. He shepherded multiple sales and marketing initiatives to digitize sales metrics and dashboards ultimately increasing sales performance.
Joshua’s foundation in project execution is rooted in his early career managing complex EPC projects valued up to $150M for Tier-1 clients. He led cross-functional teams through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, delivering ahead of schedule and under budget. His offshore engineering leadership included large-scale fabrication campaigns across Asia, structural system development, and rigorous QA/QC oversight.
Joshua holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
